The juices were yummy and the watermelon mojito was really good. I guess I was too eager to try all the meat. I liked the texture and flavor although I don't remember what other flavors beside potato there was. I thought it tasted more like Thai peanut sauce than kare kare sauce though. Kare kare wings- very peanut butter taste and on the sweet side. It's perfect for a more concentrated taste of the sinigang flavor without all the liquid from the soup. The beef was very tender, and the vegetables were fresh. Sizzling sinigang- I liked this concept of sinigang. ![]() A MUST TRY!Ĭrispy pata- The skin was so crispy and the meat so tender. So much flavor with a good kick from the pepper. Lechon and oyster sisig- I thought it was going to be weird, but it was the complete opposite. They took care of us well, especially for having such a large group. ![]()
